Afghan Refugee Families
Up to six families will be arriving in
Manhattan from Afghanistan before the
end of the month (four are already here).
There is need for a few items: tables,
floor lamps, floor pillows, a pack’n play,
stock pots, bath mats, smallish living
room rugs with no pile that can be rolled
up easily. Call Judy Nickelson (785-3040086) to arrange drop-off or pick-up; or
if you have questions.
Bible Reading Plans for 2022
It’s a little late, but not too late, to get
started reading the Bible “through in
twenty-two.” There are two plans
available here: (1) The Daily Bible in
Chronological Order (information on
table in side foyer) or (2) The Book-at-aTime Reading Plan (guides on table in
the back foyer). We hope that you will
use one of these, or another method of
your choice, to read the Bible
consistently this year.
